CARING HEARTS MINISTRY: In Support of the Grieving
This ministry is for those mourning the loss of a loved one. It is a journey that no one can prepare for. It is not a journey that anyone should have to travel alone. In our group meetings, the feelings one has when grieving the death of a loved one are validated. No two participants will experience the same journey. Grieving is a unique process and there is no right or wrong way, only your way. Our sessions are led by three trained facilitators: Deacon Joe Mantineo, Kathy McGowan and Dianne Spagnuolo. During the course of six sessions participants can share their thoughts and emotions in a confidential, caring atmosphere. Suggestions will be made for healing and meditation. The participants will be encouraged to use these suggestions to grow in faith and spirituality which helps in the healing process.
It is said that death ends a life, but it does not end a relationship. There is great truth in this statement.
However, the loss of a loved one can bring great pain.
If you need bereavement counseling, please contact Dianne Spagnuolo,
Kathy McGowan, or Deacon Joe at 201-845-9566
